Camera Tag Date

This is a fun date idea that is ideal for group or double dates but can still be fun with just you and your significant other.

Step 1, drive your group to a large store like Walmart, Target etc.

Step 2, divide your group into teams. I usually split based on couples, but you can add up to 4 people in a group if you like.

Step 3, assign one person in the group to be the photographer. This will be the only person allowed to take photos.

Step 4, spread out, and let the games begin. Just make sure your groups follow the rules:

1. Everyone gets 45 seconds to spread out before you can begin taking photos

2. Only the photographer can take the photos.

3. You cannot take bursts.

4. You cannot take videos.

5. You cannot look at the photos you've taken to see if you got them.

6. Everyone has to be back at the meeting spot when time stops. A point will be taken for every minute you are late.

Step 5, head home to check out your photos. Hook up your phone to the TV and go through your camera roll.

Every time one person in another group is captured in a photo, that group loses 1 point.

Every time a whole group is captured in a photo, that group loses 2 points.

Every time someone is looking directly into the camera, the team taking the photo receives 2 points.

Every time a photographer takes a selfie with another group without them noticing, the group taking the photo receives 5 points.

Step 6, the group with the most points wins! It may take a bit of math to get there but give your winners a big round of applause.

As always, find a way to include food into your date. Eat some snacks while judging the photos. Take the winners out for dessert that the losers pay for. Just be creative and find what works for you.

If you want to turn this date into a one-on-one, just follow the same point system.Or you can play a different version where one of you hides somewhere in the store while the other seeks them out. Once they find them, they take a picture of them without their date seeing and then go hide themselves. Once they are hidden, they will send the picture of the other person to them, letting them know it's their turn to seek.The person to find the other the shortest amount of time the most times is the winner!
