The ABCs Date

Social media has its good and bad side. One good thing that has come out of it is new activities to do with friends or your significant other. One of these ideas is what I like to call the ABCs Date.

The main idea of this date is to find signs in your town with letters A to Z and take a picture with each one, going in order. Now, you could just plug into apple maps the letter and just follow the directions there, but the point of this date is to enjoy driving in the car together while searching for the letters.

The rules are as follows:

1. You must take pictures in order.

2. You must both be in the picture.

3. You cannot just type in the letter into the maps app. (Unless you absolutely have to)

4. You must bring snacks with you (Sorry, I don't make up the rules. Oh wait, I do.)

Grab some snacks from the gas station, crank up the tunes, and just enjoy yourselves. If you want to turn this into a group date idea, have a competition to see which couple or group can find the whole alphabet first. It is a lot of fun and I have seen people get pretty competitive. Just remember to enjoy the time you get to spend together.
